BASCP Garden Update, 4/10/20

The BASCP garden is thriving as we have moved out of the germination stage and are beginning to transplant. So far we have moved our tomatoes into new, larger containers and they are growing at a rapid rate. Next the peppers will move into new containers as they have developed their third and fourth leaves and shortly after our variety of cucumbers and squash will have a moving day. Currently our beets, carrots, leafy greens, beans and peas are still establishing themselves and therefor are still about a week to two weeks away from needing new containers. The grow tent is being pushed to its capacity so some plants are getting rooms with a view. It’s looking like the Impatient Turtle Farm’s greenhouse will be getting some good use as the weather begins to warm.
