On Thursday, all Ozone students were formally introduced to littleBits. After a brief video, students worked in teams to discover what they could do with these electronics and to create, using the littleBits with art materials, recycled material, and Legos.

4th and 5th graders have been creative with our supplies in the Recycled Thingabobs Center.

A giant mysterious black object just appeared in the Ozone. Stay tuned to find out what it is.

Some fifth graders asked for an emoji theme in December, so we’re trying it in the Ozone.

Students in the Ozone enjoyed a “Thanksgiving Sides” lunch with cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and roasted carrots. Everything was homemade by students earlier in the week.

Below is a Harry Potter inspired papier-mache creature created by Nicole. One head of the creature is named Rose, and the head on the other end is named Rosey.
