K-1 Students learned about two South American fish: the Opah and the South American Killfish. Both were made with colored Sharpies, sprayed with various watercolor paint, and finished with glitter and googly eyes.

In the Ozone a large group of children have been spending their time learning how to draw Manga Characters. So dedicated! Their skills are expanding exponentially. -Jenelle

Several fourth and fifth grade students have become very interested in anime and have been improving their drawing skills.
K-1 students made collage style doors that can open and close out of paper and textures created from print outs of numerous exterior wall materials.

Fourth and fifth graders were only allowed to use aluminum foil, and they tested their boats by seeing how many pennies their boats could hold.
Throughout November, Kindergartners learned about types of whales. At the end of the month they voted on their favorites.
