This April, BASCP teachers had planned an exciting month full of community-themed activities and events. We are disappointed we can’t be together to explore this theme, but Colin has a great idea for you to stay community-focused! Think of a place in your neighborhood, or the greater community–take a walk to see it in person, if you’re able, or look at a photo from home. (Example, Police Station, Fire Station, Parks with playgrounds, or even Bowen!) Can you build a model of this place with items you have on hand at home? Cardboard, toilet paper rolls, and tape? Or perhaps a temporary structure made from Legos or another building toy? Show us what you come up with!
