Today, students visited Blacker’s Bakeshop in Newton. Despite the bakery workers being extremely busy, they were kind enough to give us a tour of the kitchen, teach us how the oven works, and show us how they decorate their baked goods. Blacker’s then gave us free samples of chocolate rugelach fresh out of the oven.
