Ozone students were challenged to build a K’Nex bridge that touches two tables of at least three feet. After two days of construction, Jonah, Samson, and Vivaan created a bridge measured 7 feet, 6 inches.

After a read aloud of Stella Luna, by Janell Cannon, K-1 students discussed similarities and differences between bats and birds. They then drew illustrations from the story on whiteboards.
With the clocks going back an hour this weekend, BASCP is getting ready with our theme, November Nights. The K-1 program introduced the theme with nighttime drawings, a giant banner, and mini solar systems.
